Riccardo Mori was born on 1982 in Florence, Italy. He obtained the master degree of Electronics Engineering at the University of Florence in 2006, discussing a thesis entitled "Caratterizzazione e sviluppo di diamante sintetico mediante tecniche di corrente stimolata termicamente". He participated in the doctoral course of Electronic system engineering at the University of Florence, and defended his thesis on "Development of a new acoustical-optical system for Ultrasound Contrast Agents characterization" in 2009. He has long worked as post-doc on the characterization of Ultrasound Contrast Agents. He currently works at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg (Germany).
