Four-layer devices (SCR, TRIAC, DIAC, IGBT, GTO, MCT), MOSFETs. Power control systems. Control with PWM. Real Induttori and capacitors. Switching power supplies (buck, boost, flyback, forward) and dissipation (LDO) . Integrated Protection circuits. Harmonics filters and TVS. Advanced microcontrollers in industrial electronics. 4 laboratory experiments: characterization of power modules PMKL (TI) with automatic instrumentation.
