Executive Board
The Executive Board (Giunta) is a departmental body that supports the Head of the Department and is responsible for all matters not expressly reserved to the Department Council.
The Executive Board is composed of the Head of the Department, who chairs it, representatives of professors and researchers, one representative of the technical and administrative staff chosen from among the members of the Department Council, as well as representatives of students, doctoral candidates, and research fellows, also selected from among the members of the Council.
The Administrative Manager also attends meetings of the Executive Board with an advisory vote.
Elected members representing professors, researchers, and technical and administrative staff serve a four-year term and are not eligible for re-election. Representatives of students, doctoral candidates, and research fellows serve a two-year term.
