Lorenzo Francalanci was born in 1980 in Florence, Italy. He graduated in Electronic engineering in 2006 at the University of Florence and defended his PhD thesis on vector Doppler methods at the same University. He currently works in Esaote SpA (Florence, Italy). His main scientific interests include piezoelectric transducers for echographic probes and ultrasound Doppler applications for blood flow measurements.
